Desmond was truly exceptional. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with him since I was set on buying in the Lantana community and I’m so thankful I did. Desmond was always available for home tours. His responsiveness was incredible. If he didn’t pick up, he always sent a text and I had a call back no longer than 5 minutes later. I purchased a home that was owned by a relocation company so it wasn’t a straightforward deal Desmond told me that going in and highlighted the concerns he had and the research he wanted to do to make sure progress was being made and I wouldn’t have to wait for a long time to move in. He did an incredible amount of information gathering about the process, status of city and county inspections, and reviewing all the non-standard documents. The delivery of the information was straightforward: present the info and talk about pros/cons/strategy for moving forward. He really treats the situation like he is purchasing the property. He looks out for you and has your best interests in mind. Desmond will work with you to make your desires a reality. He is also very well versed at dealing with other real estate agents. When there were disagreements about certain verbiage in documents, Desmond was patient and worked through some tough situations without breaking a sweat. His cool, calm mindset kept my anxiety low and gave me the confidence he would get the job done; and he did. His promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made a potentially chaotic purchase process simple. I’ve already recommended him to two of my good friends. When I am looking to buy again I will not hesitate to call Desmond Ramseur.

What can I say about this guy. Nothing but amazing things. Desmond was very professional and was there with me every step of the way from texts on weekends to late at night. This guy answered all my questions. I was getting a house in Bakersfield so he found me the perfect houses exactly what I wanted. But then decided to move to Orange County and he found me a house out there. I’m in my house after 3 months.
